Mandek Consulting led a comprehensive National Disaster Risk Assessment focused on climate-related risks in Somaliland. The project involved detailed risk and vulnerability assessments and the development of concept notes to enhance early warning systems, with a particular emphasis on monitoring and two-way communication.
