Mandek Consulting led the formulation of the Somalia National Migration Policy Framework and Plan of Action, a critical initiative that included the mainstreaming of migration into Somalia’s National Development Plan (NDP). The project also involved the development of a strategic plan and advocacy plan for Somalia’s National Coordinating Mechanism (NCM).
We facilitated high-level stakeholder engagements and contributed expert insights to ensure the policy framework and action plan were comprehensive, strategic, and effectively addressed national priorities. Our expertise was instrumental in shaping a robust and actionable policy that aligns with both national and international standards.
